Operations Manager - Full Time - 38 hrs
Salon Lio is looking for an Operations Manager to support the rhythm of the salon.
This is a people-first role. You'll oversee the day-to-day operations while helping maintain the calm, collaborative culture we're known for. You'll be the connection between the owner, the team and our clients, creating consistency, supporting those around you and ensuring every part of the salon runs with intention.
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and genuinely enjoys being around people. Someone who notices the details, communicates with care and believes that no task is beneath them. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and take pride in creating exceptional experiences for both clients and your team, we'd love to hear from you.
