  • Absolutely. You can select your preferred stylist when booking online or in person. If they’re unavailable, our team can also help you find another stylist who’s suited to your hair and the result you’re looking for.

  • Our pricing reflects each stylist’s level of experience, expertise and demand. Our team includes stylists at different stages of their careers, so you can choose the level that feels right for you and your hair.

  • Of course. If you’re unsure which service is right for you, get in touch with our team before booking. We can help you choose the right appointment based on your current hair, your goals and the result you’re looking for.

  • For major colour changes, colour corrections or if you’re new to the salon and unsure what to book, we recommend a consultation first. For hair extensions, a consultation and colour match are required before your first fitting.

  • Yes. We offer premium ARIA Tape and Butterfly Weft Extensions, tailored to your natural hair, colour, density and desired result.

  • A 30% deposit is required to secure all appointments and is deducted from your final bill.

    We accept all major debit and credit cards, including American Express, as well as cash. Afterpay is also available for online bookings.

  • Our pricing can vary depending on your hair’s length, density, condition and the time required for your service. If your appointment requires something different from what was originally booked, your stylist will discuss this with you before proceeding.

  • We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.

  • Salon Lio is primarily an adult salon environment, so we ask that children are not brought to appointments. Young babies in prams are welcome when needed, provided they can remain settled during your appointment.

  • Yes. There is street parking and nearby parking options around Crows Nest. We recommend allowing a little extra time to park, particularly on Saturdays.

  • Salon Lio is designed to feel calm, warm and considered. We want your appointment to feel like time for yourself — relaxed, unhurried and focused on you and your hair.
