A 30% deposit is required to secure all appointments and is deducted from your final bill.

Salon Lio is a calm, relaxed space designed for considered, high-quality hairdressing. We ask all clients to be mindful of others in the salon by keeping noise at a respectful level and helping us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.

Yes, there is nearby parking available close to the salon. We recommend allowing extra time to avoid arriving late especially on Saturdays.

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.

We’re happy to accommodate young babies in prams where needed; however, the salon is not suitable for young children for safety reasons and to maintain a calm, considered experience for all clients. We kindly ask that babies are not brought in on peak days to ensure the best possible environment for everyone.
