  • Our pricing reflects experience and expertise. We have apprentices, senior stylists, and principal stylists, so you can choose the level that best suits your needs and budget.

  • For major changes or colour corrections, yes. This ensures we achieve the best and safest result for your hair.

  • A 30% deposit is required to secure all appointments and is deducted from your final bill.

    We accept all major debit and credit cards, including American Express. Cash payments are also welcome.

  • Yes. A 1.5% surcharge will apply for payments made by card, and $3 Sustainable Salon Fee will be added to each appointment, supporting our eco-friendly initiatives.

    The price of your appointment is also subject to change depending on the length of your hair. You will always be re-quoted at the consutlatation stage of your appointment,

  • Salon Lio is a calm, relaxed space designed for considered, high-quality hairdressing. We ask all clients to be mindful of others in the salon by keeping noise at a respectful level and helping us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.

  • Yes, there is nearby parking available close to the salon. We recommend allowing extra time to avoid arriving late especially on Saturdays.

  • We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.

  • We’re happy to accommodate young babies in prams where needed; however, the salon is not suitable for young children for safety reasons and to maintain a calm, considered experience for all clients. We kindly ask that babies are not brought in on peak days to ensure the best possible environment for everyone.
